Often a short investment in time now can avoid lots of confusion, hurt feelings & a derailed project later.

Totally agree with you Nicole. There have been times when I have stopped emailing or twittering and said we need to work this out face-to-face.
I am now dealing with two issues on our staff team that went south before someone could holler, "time out."
